Hi all, hope the new year finds you in good health.  Been a while since I posted and was feeling that in a way I had let the side down. I was greatly encouraged by a good friend of mine who pointed out, ” Steve your in it for the long run are you not”. This was and is a statement of fact.

So guys if there is anything we can help you with please ask. We may not know the answer but we will know someone who will.

Remember that all radio mics in Channel 69 are no longer legal and if you are using them you may get and give problems.

We have had good reports on the X32 desk. It seems to do all it says it should and is doing it well. W e have been able to help place one for a week in a local church to enable them to see if it meets their needs. More will follow on this soon.

One thing that we can all do to get better results on our sound systems is mic placement. It really annoys me when our pastor gets up to give the word and his radio lapel mic is in the wrong place. It is not hard for us to check that his mic is directly under his chin about the same height as his tie knot would be  if he was wearing one. If we place it on his jacket lapel we only get sound half the time at a good consistent level. Its so easy to check.

Lets get talking.

Steve

Well hello again everyone and happy new year

Well I have been having lots of fun with wiring lighting bars in the last couple of months and spent lots of time in schools in London doing it.

Hope everyone is well
